Micah Moen founded Moen Law, L.L.C. to help entrepreneurs, startups, and business owners navigate legal issues with confidence. He believes legal counsel should enable growth, not stand in its way.
While attending law school, Micah was a multiple-award-winning student attorney in the University's Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, where he advised startups and small businesses on a wide range of legal matters. That experience sparked a passion for helping business owners navigate legal challenges and build companies that can thrive. He is inspired by the American entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition to his private practice, Micah has proudly served in the Army National Guard since 2018 and continues to serve as a Judge Advocate. On his off time, he enjoys exploring America's craft beer scene and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. The former consistently exceeds expectations, while the latter has taught him extreme patience.
